Roast Toast

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 condense milk tin
  • 1/2 cup of water (measure in condense milk tin)
  • 3 tbp sugar
  • 3 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 loaf bread

Directions:

In a bowl, beat eggs; add milk, water and vanilla. Soak bread on each side. Dip the sandwich in the egg-milk mixture. Fry in butter in a pan.  Turn till bread browns on both sides.
